Not everyone is putting robots in the stands like the Rakuten Monkeys, but everyone is back to baseball in Taiwan, after opening day was delayed about a month.

The Chinatrust Brothers and the Uni-President 7-Eleven Lions became the first pair of professional teams in the world to roll out the ball for a regular season baseball game on Sunday — and it didn't take long for Kevin Cheng to add some fireworks.

The Brothers answered with a Tzu-Hsien Chan solo shot in the bottom half of the fourth to tie things up at one run a piece.

Even in empty stadiums, the CPBL is a sight for sore eyes, and it's opener did not leave us wanting for more drama. The Brothers and Uni-Lions went 11 innings over 4.5 hours of baseball before, ultimately, the Uni-Lions emerged with the 4-1 victory.
