Since 1895, University of Pennsylvania has hosted one of the nation's most famous track meets: the Penn Relays. Nestled in the same city that gave us the United States Constitution and was the first U.S. capital, Philadelphia becomes the capital of track and field every spring for a few days. 

And that includes from April 25 to April 27 when the best track athletes in the world will compete this year, and they'll do so on FloTrack and the FloSports app.
