How To Watch NCAA Track And Field Championships 2024 Regionals

Here's how to stream the NCAA Track And Field Championships 2024 East First Round and West First Round.

The 2024 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track And Field Championships are rapidly approaching, but first athletes will need to qualify. 

The initial stage of the competition will be divided into East First Round in Lexington, Kentucky and West First Round in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Each event will have 48 athletes qualifying based on NCAA standards, while the top 24 relay teams will also compete in their respective events.

The East and West Regional competitions will kick off on May 22 and continue until May 25. 

The top 12 athletes from each event at the First Round Regional will advance to the Championships, totaling 24 qualifiers per event. Additionally, 12 relay teams from each relay event at each Regional will qualify for the Championships.

NCAA Track And Field Championships will take place in Eugene, Oregon, form June 5 to June 8.

The NCAA Track And Field Championships 2024 East & West First Rounds will be broadcast on ESPN+.

The NCAA Division I Outdoor Track And Field Championships will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks.

The NCAA Track And Field Championships 2024 takes place June 5-8 in Eugene, Oregon.

  • Men's Day 1: 7:30 PM | ESNPU

Thursday, June 6

  • Women's Day 1: 8:30 PM | ESPN2

Friday, June 7

  • Men's Day 2: 9:00 PM | ESPN2

Saturday, June 8

  • Women's Day 2: 5:30 PM | ESPN
